General

LQBagz reserves the right to amend, or withdraw specific services without notice. From time to time, LQBagz may prohibit temporary access to its contents for maintenance purposes. When using this site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated within and all information submitted by yourself to be accurate and true. The word “LQBagz” is a trading name, fully owned and operated by LQBagz LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number: 9461085, VAT number: GB 211960335, whose registered office is located at 27, Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, England.

Pricing, Terms of Sale and Delivery

All items featured on LQBagz are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers must be over the current legal age of 18 years old in order to purchase an item. All pricing is in GBP and includes, at the current VAT rate of 20% as well as shipping/delivery fees. No other payment is expected, unless the customer is returning an item for exchange or refund purposes, then the customer is currently responsible for postage fees. 

LQBagz are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping to our customers on orders over £100.00. For orders under the threshold, we have a flat rate of £3.95. We aim to get your order/s shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order. We use EMS, DHL and FEDEX depending on your shipping destination. Delivery times are normally estimated between 6 and 7 working days but could take longer if your items are dispatched around British or other countries’ public holidays, weather conditions, etc. 

If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please contact us immediately to inform us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that we do not ship to FBPO or PO Box addresses.

Payment Method

LQBagz currently accepts payments through PayPal™, which offers customers a stress-free, secure way to purchase their goods, cheques and bank transfer. If you wish to pay by cheque, your order will be sent out around 5 to 6 business days after cheque has been paid into bank and funds successfully cleared. All cheques must be crossed, made payable to: LQBAGZ LTD and paid into any Lloyds Bank branch. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the total amount to the following bank account:

Please note that debit/credit cards must belong outright to the customer and must match the billing address. When you place an order, you will receive an email of acknowledgement of your order being placed. Please note that this email does not confirm accepting, dispatch and delivery of your order at this point. 

Once the payment has been made successfully, your card will be debited and an email will be sent to you notifying you of this, details of the item ordered and estimated date of delivery. LQBagz reserves the right to refuse any purchase requests made by you, the customer.

We strive to protect your personal details at all costs. Accounts – Children and Unauthorised Users

This site is targeted to consumers over the age of 18 years old, to hold an account, make authorised purchases and upload reviews. Members are strongly advised not to allow or willingly share their accounts/password login details with none other than themselves.

If you are a parent/guardian and you have discovered that your child has submitted personal information with the sole intention of creating an account to make purchases, please send us an emailas soon as possible with the subject heading, “Unauthorised Account Created” and we will take the necessary steps to remove the account from our active listing. LQBagz are not responsible for accounts that have been willingly shared between more than one user and any discrepancies developed through disallowed purchases.

Newsletters

We periodically send out newsletters to our customers highlighting new products, products that will soon be sold on our website, discounts and competitions. Our aim is to ensure that all registered customers have exclusive access to the latest updates to our services and products. Please note that it is not mandatory for our customers or visitors to sign up or remain a subscriber. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without notice.

Jewellery

Our fashion jewellery is made of a combination of gold/silver-toned alloy, rhinestones and other semi-precious stones. Customers are reminded that care should be taken when wearing fashion jewellery and should not be treated in the same as precious metals (i.e. gold, platinum and sterling silver) and stones.

Contact with water and scented products such as shower gels and body moisturisers should be avoided. To maintain and prolong the longevity of the item, use a soft cleaning cloth and keep out of the sun by storing in a jewellery box.

Please note that some products have been enhanced to show detail of the item. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that accuracy of the colours to their true form, we cannot guarantee the exact portrayal of the jewellery featured. This is particularly true when viewing our website from different devices that have various levels of image qualities.

Rings

It is recommended that customers should refer to our ring size chart prior to purchasing any rings.

Earrings

Customers are reminded that due to reasons of health and hygiene, all earrings featured on this website are excluded from any refunds and exchanges.

LQBagz reserves the right to withdraw, cancel any jewellery item at any time without notice.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

We occasionally go over our terms and conditions to ensure that we are up-to-date with the current retail standards and to provide a transparent and fair service to our customers. Registered customers will receive notifications of any changes made to our terms and will be directed to the updated clause. You are reminded at this point that it is highly recommended that you peruse our current terms.

Website Content

Members and guests of LQBagz have the right to share images, texts and products, through video, sound, email or social networking sites such as Facebook™, Twitter™, Instagram™ and Pintrest™. In doing so, texts and images shared by customers and guests of LQBagz must not be altered in any way through image software editing. Users must not claim to be owners of LQBagz in a bid to deceive users, or link this site to another site that the user does not own. LQBagz cannot be held responsible for any content that is held within this website that is altered in anyway by a member or guest through external links. The member/guest is solely responsible for such action.

Abuse/Misuse of Website

LQBagz reserve the right to refuse/deny any reviews from members/guests that contain spam links, profanities (either mild or strong use), hateful personal views relating to race, sexuality, sexual violence, adult/child pornography, sexual origin/preference, terrorism, religion, politics, scams/fraud, business opportunities, etc., in relation to rating or commenting on our products. Continuation of abuse on our website will result in the permanent closure of the member's account. Any persons found to be attempting to gain unauthorised access in a bid to infiltrate and commandeer our software and cause further damage to our software, deletion of the images of our products/website, electronic manipulation, delays, gain access to our registered customers/guests and cause embarrassment to LQBagz will be considered a criminal offence and, under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, under English Law, your details will be passed with alacrity to the relevant law enforcement team, who will take the necessary steps to seek civil liability, criminal prosecution and justice.

Having a greater understanding of our customers’ needs is very important to us. Occasionally we will send out surveys, asking for your honest opinion, comments and suggestions on how we can improve our service to you. This is very vital to us and we thoroughly appreciate any time spared when participating in these surveys and can understand that sometimes it may not be possible to spare a few moments of your time. Please be aware that all information is treated in the strictest of confidence and no information, however relevant or irrelevant will be sold onto third parties.

Purchased Items through Fraud

LQBagz is strongly against persons who use our site to purchase our items through fraud. If you suspect that your card has been used to make unauthorised purchases, please contact us immediately to admin@lqbagz.co.uk with the term, “Fraud Enquiry” or call us on: +44 (0) 203 322 4030.

We strongly recommend that you contact your bank/credit card company also and inform them of the date and time when you realised fraudulent activities on your account. Any fraudulent activities in a bid to purchase any one of our items will result in immediate termination of a customer’s account and your details passed to relevant authorities.

Technical and Content Issues

From time to time, you may come across technical issues when using our site, such as broken pages, unresponsive images, etc. In order for us to assist you fully, please provide us with one of the following:

•    A link of the page in question.
•    A screenshot of the error.

Monitors

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that images of the products shown are of high quality and show the true, original colour of the items, there may be slight differences of colours due to studio lighting and different monitors/hand-held devices (Smartphones/tablets) being used by individuals, for instance the current use of Full HD LED PC monitors show colours in rich format as opposed to normal LCD monitors.

Knowing Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers who shop online, are entitled to request for a full refund/exchange within 7 working days from the day after the confirmation of the sale of purchase or 1 day after the delivery of the order. Contacting Us

By law, we are required to disclose the call charges that are incurred by you, the customer, when contacting us via telephone or fax. When calling us, calls are charged at your local rate from landlines. Calls from mobile phones may cost more, plus their standard rate. When contacting us via fax, you are charged 5 pence per minute, plus your standard rate. Please check with your phone network service provider for their rates.

Recorded Calls

As a rule of law, we are obligated to inform our customers that calls to our helpdesk may be recorded for quality and training purposes. This helps us to monitor and vastly improve the quality of our service in the following ways:

•    To provide adequate staff training develop and to maximise professionalism and confidence when dealing with customers’ queries efficiently.
•    To ensure that inaccurate information surrounding placed orders, delivery arrangements, disputes, etc. are avoided.
•    To ensure that procedures laid forth are carried out when calls are made regarding technical support.
•    To prevent fraudulent activities of people handing over unauthorized information in a bid to purchase our products.

In addition to our privacy policy, we reiterate that we will never pass on recorded calls in exchange for information or profit without prior consent, except in circumstances where we are required to do so to provide evidence in a court of law. Exchanges

We at LQBagz want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, that you wish to exchange your item or request a refund, please email us first to: support@lqbagz.freshdesk.com with the subject heading, “Exchange Request” or “Refund Request”.  Please follow the steps as shown:

•    Send us a PDF copy of your invoice/receipt.

•    Please inform us of the colour/style you would like to exchange. Items must be in stock and be the same price as original purchase. In the event that the item is out of stock, your order will be processed as soon as the item is back in stock or an alternative will be offered. This can take between 10 days and one month. You will receive notification by email once your item has been successfully processed and shipped to you. It is also crucial that you inform us immediately of any changes to your address. LQBagz are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to a customer’s failure to inform us of a change of residency

We offer a FREE return policy 24 hours after purchase. If you decide that you no longer wish to keep the item, we must be informed within the said time after you have paid for your order. Please wait for the item to arrive and then return it back to the address shown at the bottom of this agreement. After that time has passed, customers must agree that they are responsible for postage fees (this is waivered in the event that the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent out at our end) when returning any items and understand the risk of items being lost through transportation. Please also inform us of the colour/style that you would like to exchange. 

LQBagz will not accept the exchange if the item being returned is in the condition of one or more of the following:

•    Has been used by the customer.
•    Not kept in its FULL original packaging.
•    The item smells of smoke.
•    Damaged with malicious intent or if the consumer damaged the item by trying to repair the item themselves or got someone to mend it on their behalf.
•    Has not go the invoice included.
•    Lost items in the post.
•    Items purchased after 30 days of being received.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receiving your package.  Follow the instructions as you would for exchanges. Refunds can only be refunded in the original payment method (i.e., PayPal ™, credit/debit card payments, etc.) and may include shipping costs where applicable. Please note that this does not include postage of items sent back to us by the customer. Sale and end of line/discontinued items are non-refundable/returnable.
