The Affiliate Program is to allow affiliates to earn commission on their blog or website by strategically placing product links on their own site to a landing page belonging to LQBagz. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the following terms that has been outlined below. It is highly recommended that you read through the terms carefully before proceeding any further.


LQBagz reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate accounts and withdraw this program at any time without any notice. 


Requirements 


In order to apply, you must meet the minimum requirements: 


  •  If you own a blog page, you must have a minimum PR6 blog. 
  •  You must have a minimum of 8,000 followers. 
  •  You must have an average of between 200 to 300 daily organic visitors. 


Website

 

Affiliates must have a blog page or website that is strictly related to fashion and/or beauty. Please ensure that your website does not contain any links that are related to violence, pornography, sexual violence, racial/sexual discrimination, terrorism, anti-religion, criminal/illegal activity or any other reason that LQBagz deems unsuitable. 


Links and Banners 


All banners, text and logo links will be provided to the affiliate which will be necessary to promote the branding and products of LQBagz for your members/guests that visit your page. The links can contain he logo or text/graphic banners which can be linked to a specific landing page to our website from yours.


Payment


In order to receive commission, affiliates must advertise as expected. For affiliates that are found to be engaging in inappropriate advertising or to maliciously harm the reputation of LQBagz will have their account cancelled and terminated with immediate effect. Outstanding payments will also be affected and will be deemed void.


Payments that have been made prior to the discovery of such activity will be required to pay back any commission if it is also found that there has been misuse of the program. Inappropriate advertising of the following shall include but will not be limited to:


  • Misspellings of LQBagz. 
  • Brand building of misspelt/spelt names of LQBagz for PPC advertising. 
  • Using the LQBagz affiliate link with the sole intention of list building for unsolicited spam emails or through classified ad websites, whether paid or unpaid fees.  

Payment can only be achieved once a customer has clicked through to our website from yours to our website and have successfully placed and paid an order. 


LQBagz will not be held responsible for missed commissions due to blocked cookies or other hindrances that have failed to track the customers. Any affiliates that has been found committing fraud of any kind in a bid to earn commission will have their account revoked with immediate effect. 


Payments will be made when the level of commission due at the end of a given calendar month is above the threshold. The threshold for payments is £20.00GBP. LQBagz reserves the right to change the commission balance at any given time without notice. 


For sales that have not reached the threshold will be carried over the following month or until the balance is reached. 


Once customers have successfully placed and paid for their order, a payment will be made. Affiliates who make personal purchases through their own link will not be paid. 


Affiliates can expect to receive payment by cheque in the post, which must be signed for. Please allow up to 30 days for your cheque to arrive.


Please ensure that your address details have been entered correctly. LQBagz will not be held responsible for cheques that have been sent to the wrong address. 


Late or Missing Payments


If your address details are correct but still have not received your cheque, please contact us within 30 days. Please be aware that there may be delays with the postal service for which LQBagz will not be held responsible for.


Social Media Sites 


Affiliates are required to promote the branding of LQBagz through various social media website links. Affiliates are prohibited to be created of LQBagz to disclose to viewers that they are representatives of LQBagz. 


Your Obligation 


As a fully registered affiliate, you agree to the following terms:


  • To be fully responsible for the links connected from their website to LQBagz. 
  • Not to create backlinks to sites deemed unsuitable. 
  • To be recognised as a freelancer and not a direct employee or representative of LQBagz 
  • To ensure that your blog/website complies with the current Internet laws, in particular surrounding data protection, anti-spam, copyright of either written or graphic materials.  
  • To ensure that your website relates to the niche that reflects the products sold on LQBagz. 
  • To be fully responsible for your own tax and national contributions in your own country of origin from payments made by LQBagz.  


Our Obligation 


LQBagz agrees to uphold/carry forth the terms it has laid out as follows:

  • To provide the affiliate with the necessary text, logo and banner links to help promote and advertise its products through their site.  
  • To process all orders of its products that have been placed via the affiliate's links. 
  • To respond to all queries, suggestions or complaints of affiliates within 24 hours. 
  • To recognise all participating affiliates as account holders of LQBagz and uphold to protect their private data held within its pages.  
  • Never to pass on or sell their data to third parties. 
  • To ensure that all payments that have surpassed the threshold is paid out to the affiliates on or before the agreed date.
