How do I join?
Its easy to join our program. Go onto our sign up page and fill in your details. Wait 24 hours for approval and then you can start earning commission straightaway.
What is the minimum age for anyone to join?
Applicants need to be the minimum age of 18 or the legal age in your country.
Can I partner up with another affiliate (or spouse) to join your program?
We are currently only accepting 1 affiliate per account.
I do not own a website or blog page. How can I still get onto the program?
If you have a newsletter, Twitter or Facebook fan base account, you can still join the program to get the tracking code. Please note that you must have a minimum of 5,000 followers and your social media accounts must relate to fashion and must comply with current laws regarding unsolicited emails.
How do I get my tracking code?
Once you have been approved, you will be able to login. You will see on the left hand side of the screen the Affiliate list. You will see the title, Tracking Code. This is where you will find your unique code, plus you will be able to customise the link by entering a product name into the box below.
How do I get banners for my website?
Upon successful application, we will email you the logo, banners and text links. If you require a particular size, please contact us.
How often are the banners changed?
We try to ensure that we change our banners often, especially for seasonal times of the year and when we wish to promote key new products, which may or may not be on sale.
What types of links do you provide?
We provide logos, text banners and links for you to upload to your website or blog page.
What is the commission?
We are currently offering a 2% commission for all completed sales. This includes regular and discounted products.
When do I get paid?
There is a threshold in place of £20.00. Payments will be made when the level of commission due at the end of a given calendar month is above the threshold. Commission is paid monthly through sales made by customers who pass through your unique referral link.
How do I get paid?
Payment is made via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer. Please ensure that you have entered your information correctly, especially when receiving payments by cheque.
Can I change my method of payment?
Yes however, if you choose to change your method of payment, please email us to inform us.
Do I have to submit my tax ID?
When you receive payments from us, you will receive also get an invoice. This will show your SSN/TAX/VAT number. If your income reaches a threshold in your country, you will need to pay for your tax. You will need to produce the invoice you receive from us to your local tax office. Remember that you are solely responsible for your tax and national insurance contributions.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time and do not need to provide a reason. If you decide to cancel your account, you can do so from the day that you sign up until 10 days. Please email us at least 48 hours in advanced so as to sort out any outstanding commission you may be owed. For more information surrounding this, please read our terms and conditions.
What are the main reasons for my account being terminated?
There may be a number of reasons for your account to be cancelled or terminated. This includes breaches in our terms such as placing your referral code to external sites that do not relate to our niche, suspected cases of fraud of if your account has been inactive for more than 24 weeks.
