Once our Sales Rep has dealt and responded to your query, you will receive an email to show that the issue has now been resolved. At this point you will be given an opportunity to respond to the email, which will automatically reopen if you feel that your query has not been resolved. If we do not receive a response from you, we will assume that the ticket still stands as being resolved and will therefore automatically close after 48 hours.
